The two-course Kitchen Garden meal is served during the long dining interval. The Kitchen Garden Restaurant is in partnership with Knife Fork and Spooner, an award-winning local caterer based in Rutland, owned and led by Simon Spooner. Their focus is on creating modern dishes that utilise classic flavour combinations using the finest local ingredients that we are lucky to enjoy from the surrounding countryside
